Welcome to the official Internet Web site for Chris Williams' brilliant and off-beat comic strip, Intelligent Humor. Intelligent Humor, also sometimes appearing as "Big Meaty Chunks" first appeared in The University of Waterloo's Imprint in 1988, where it ran for five years. It went on to appear in thirteen other university newspapers, Vancouver's Terminal City, and the national magazine Adbusters. Chris Williams is now with Disney, an can be reached there by e-mail at <[email protected]>.
Drawing primarily from what Chris Williams himself gave us -- but supplemented by our own archives and by donations from the archives of viewers like you -- we have a total of 63 Intelligent Humor strips. On December 2, 1996, I finished scanning in all the strips I initially had, but since then have added several that have been sent in by viewers like you. This means that what you see is what you get -- unless you have any that you're holding onto for yourself. If you do, please send them in and I'll put them here for everyone to enjoy. I promise to return your strips in mint condition and I'll be sure to give you credit on this page for your assistance.
